Still teaching on and off. Trying to keep engaging yet educate. I brought the oldest to Comikaze this last weekend and had a blast. Seeing all those fans dressed up as their favorite characters was pretty cool. Got to meet a few celebs also. But I must say that Tinker Bell was my favorite. This lady was filmed 62 years ago for the artists to create the animation of Tink. She was so full of happiness and love it was infectious. Let alone the fact she was so small I could have hid her in my pocket and brought her home... But then what? Owen was so overtaken by playing on the vintage systems like Atari 2600, it was Ok for me just to watch him play. All in all I think Owen enjoyed himself and will remember that day for a while. And with that another paragraph is finished. Take care and care for each other.

A New Day, A New Home.

Back again for another fun filled paragraph. Having moved from our apartment of 11 years into a house, our lives have changed in such a positive way. There is alot of things to do to put everything away, but gazing into the backyard makes all the day's hurdles disappear. I have also got my foot in the door into teaching. I realize now that this is the direction this guy must go. The satisfaction of helping others makes me feel like each day is a gift, instead of another square on a calender. I am really gonna try to keep this up, but for now I must get a move on. Thank you for listening.

Another Post?

Here we are, days before the Presidential Election of 2012. Hoping with all my will that this election will go as I hope. Days of watching news articles, videos, and of course the Debates. I find it a simple choice, and have trouble understanding other's choices. It is interesting how someone can see something that they are 100% positive in, yet another cannot even imagine such a choice. That is what makes life such an interesting journey. I find as I sit here writing, that this blog is not going to be that interesting or consistent. Till next time.

Hiatus at home

Another day at the homestead. One gets to appriciate all the work that goes into taking care of the daily running of my home. This could make a person go mad. Luckily I am far away from that state. Some would say different... This isn't turning into much of a blog, but this is my first attempt. At least it is a quick read. Next entry should be longer and have more substance. Till then.
